Hello, my name is Elena and I’m a director. I came to Germany a few years ago (how many exactly?). I’ve been part of KinoAsyl since 2021, and back then I produced and presented my own film titled “Erloschen.” This time, I’ve decided to show a film by a colleague that speaks deeply to me, because I’ve experienced many of the things it portrays myself.
