Greetings, this is Sayed. I’ve been part of KINO ASYL since 2015, and over the years I’ve experienced a lot about how integration can succeed in our diverse society. In a society where many people have a migration background, mutual understanding is essential. This is also the core goal of KINO ASYL: to promote a respectful, resilient, and diverse future while presenting films from different cultures and creating spaces where people can meet and connect. Intercultural understanding is a real challenge for each individual and for society as a whole. In general, it is one of the most important foundations of our society.
The sitcom “CULTURE SHOCK,” produced by UNSER.Film, depicts the various everyday situations of a group of friends, each coming from a different part of the world. This often leads to misunderstandings.
