The documentary tells the story of the young Afghan immigrant Ali Korosh, who has been living in Germany for 5 years. Although he faces many problems himself, he makes a film about the problems of Afghan refugees. “Imaginary Paradise” is Matin Ahmadie’s second film, made in collaboration with 3M Filmstudio, Navak Media, and KinoAsyl.
