“I chose the film “The Game” because it shows how differently children grow up in Uganda. Some are lucky enough to grow up in a loving family, while others are forced to live on the streets and take care of themselves. The Game highlights the harsh life of street children. I had the privilege of growing up in a loving family that provided me with everything I needed, but that is not the reality for all children in Uganda. I chose this film because every child’s story deserves to be told and heard. I believe that no child should have to take care of themselves.”
